Hi folks,

Has anyone had any success in buying stuff from Himeya Soft for shipping to UK?

I'm after Perfect Cherry Blossom (which, in spite of the name, is actually a vertical scrolling shoot-em-up) and Eternal Fighter Zero and the add-on packs (2d fighting game for PC - rarity!). Neither of these are hentai (to my knowledge) but I know that Himeya is notorious for hentai products, so I'd be worried that their name on a package would bring the customs men down on it - but they're the only place that carries them.

My suggestion would be if you just straight ask them about your inquiries...nonetheless, why shouldn't they...I thought they would ship anywhere around the world with some minor beurocratic hasslings...so I heard!

Ah yes, Perfect Cherry Blossom, the quissential manic PC doujin shmup. Zun is a god indeed. All the bullet spreads.... so beautiful. With the bullet scratching and all. Until you get killed that is.

Oh yes, they'll probably ship.

But then UK Customs get to say "you got this package from a known hentai supplier with something called 'perfect cherry blossom' in it. Sorry, we think it's illegal so we're tossing it out. No refunds, sorry!"

himeya doesn't just sell hentai though, they sell all kinds of japanese import games. It sounds more like an association problem on your part. Now if himeya soft only sold hentai games it would be different.... If you're really concerned, why not call the customs office and ask them about it. Personally I would find it unlikely that they even heard of himeya soft.

My boyf always recommends Himeya Soft. I believe it is official and reliable.

OK, I'M not into hentai. Mild, maybe, but I prefer the edited stuff.

I wouldn't be worrid about the hentai thing as long as the product u r purchasing is within the same year band (e.g ur not trying to buy a 18 year old game and ur 12) however if u asked ur parents to buy it and u pay 'em back that could work.
