It's listed as "Fall 2007" on Moonphase, which isn't necessarily a guarantee, but that's most likely.

No, there is no set date yet, and while there is a good chance that it might start airing in october, for now only the season is known.

I know exactly how you feel. But it is true that 90%+ of all Fall shows air in October, so let's just say it's "likely". You never know, though -- the whole production could be delayed. Wait and see, as always.
