I hope the vice commander isn't down for good. I doubt it. I think Xin wins this one next episode after another long struggle. And yeah, I'm a bit curious what Qian Lei's role will be given the preview...

Aww, that was a rather sad end for him, that music got me last time and it got me again, just the way they presented his last few words as well as the way they positioned him against Xin. It really looked liked a "Rest now, you don't have to do anymore" kind of scene, no words were needed

Good episode overall though

Kingdom kills off another magnificent bastard, Goddammit.

It's a war epic, I know - don't get attached.

You know, if Qiang Lei can pull of that feat, she would probably have sliced up Lun Hu pretty easily... Then again, I can't imagine that being possible...

I guess she is stronger than both of them but she won't raise moral same way as Xin
(as long as she under her breath time-limit = she is unstoppable )

Wow, another intense episode! I think Xin is going to enter the battle against Lian Po next episode, even if he is wounded all over the place.

As for the Wei headquarters, I expect it to fall pretty soon, which will probably lead to Lian Po retreating. I was so sure Bi's large army was going to attack Lian Po from behind, but I have no idea where they went. They came and disappeared.

After fighting a great opponent, I'm glad he has given him such respect than cutting off his head.

I wonder how calm Meng Ao, Lun Hu and Ichimaru Gin see while their eyes are closed?

Hmm, I wonder what's going to happen. I definitely see Xin jumping in, and there seemed to be a little flash of that scene in the preview, but it was too ambiguous to know for sure what he was doing. Perhaps he and Tian will team up to take him down?

I guess they didn't want to repeat last fight?
(Lun Hu Stand up-> episode end -> only to find out that he stand up in next episode just for flashback then die )

= this time it won't be funny if they end it at general Jie Zifang charge

At the beginning of the series there is much CG used (sadly a lot of people dropped it because of that, what a shame...) but it becomes less over time. Now CG is used in a much more subtle way and you only notice it very few times.

The only bad things:
1. The "assassin's arc" where Quang Lei (Kyou Kai) and other assassins go after Zheng's (Sei's) life was completely skipped.
2. Censoring, e.g. Lun Hu (Rinko) didn't lose his finger and Meng Ao (Moubou) didn't lose his arm.

If you can forgive these mistakes of the anime and deal with the annoying CG at the beginning (you get used to it after a while and won't even notice it later on), then you should definitly watch it.

well, i dont care much about gore, its just complement.
how about sei's mom various sex scene?

ok then how about compare this CG to berserk movie 1 CG? if it isnt better maybe ill just skip right into season 2 where the studio already improve the quality

Have we even been graced with a "tum tum .... tum tum" scene since the War God?

Miss having a showcase of her talent lately :/

Guess they only showed one frame in the manga too.

As for Xin, he is in a bind right now. Still, even with a leg wound, I bet he will somehow make a stand at the right moment and win.

*Phew* We still have 11 episodes to go. I was hoping for more story line after this war, so hopefully, we will get something else. This arc has been a very, very long arc.

I was waiting for that for 2 episodes now. Bi just vanished? lol. He should have been in position for a battle turning flank attack.

Xin should be in very bad shape, and hardly on-par with Lian Po. I really hope he doesn't solo the general ...

About Xin -> He only look ok because they removed most blood/injury from the anime
it almost look like his leg was completely healed right?
