Does anyone here feels sorry for Seo? He goes against 2 big names and he only have 2 sekireis which only functionable in pairs .. Taking out one would spell the end for him.

Who do you think Minato will choose.. out of 4 (lets be real, he wont pick Kuu or Matsu in his team) so its either Kazehana, Homura, Musubi and Tsukiumi, I couldn't see Musubi being drop off. Tsukiumi maybe will be drop as she's the weakest of the bunch (well, Musubi carries Yume(#8) ), Kazehana too as she's probably never bothered to fight .. Or Homura (because I still couldn't see her kissing Minato for norito .. yet

)

He does have an excuse not to bring Homura: he's still convalescing.

(And did they say "december" or "december issue", which, IIRC, is out in november?

Well I think that Tsukiumi would kill Minato if he didnt brought her with him ^^ she is his main wife after all xDxD, Ku-chan is still a child that doenst like fights so she,matsu and mostly Homura will remain home since he is recovering...

But I was kinda supprised that Mikogami has other sekirei... if we look he could have the same or even larger amount of sekirei compared to Minato... (that whip girl, scythe girl, mutsu, akitsu +now 3other numbers)

Hmm Seo is in kinda trouble sicne he has only Hikari+Hibiki but like Minaka told he has some kind of power left by Takehito so maybe he is as strong as sekirei ;] time will show

What I see later is a fight between Minato, Higa and Mikogami ^^ so there would be an oportunity to meet Kazehana and Mutsu and maybe Akitsu seeing Minato and his taking care of his sekirei.... Higa offcourse could use Shina or simply black-mail Minato that he kidnaped his yougner sister so if he doenst surender or give up the fight he will hurt her... (playing dirty or he will take more sekirei then inpostedd in rules)

This is what it says basically:

There won't be a chapter on 2008 issue No. 22 (11/7) and No. 23 (11/21), but will resume on the last issue of the year No. 24 and the first issue of 2009 (combined issue) on Dec 5th. I don't quite get the combined issue thing, but I am quite sure there will be a chapter on Dec. 5th.

I'm still unsure on who will win for this match..
In Seo, we have the only ally for Minato (discounting Yukari), letting him lose means our hero are left alone against the more experience opponent.
In mikogami, he have one of the strongest sekirei( #5 Mutsu) so its really hard to see him out either (even tho he isnt using Mutsu) , him losing will of course be interesting to see, what would happens to his harem (-Akitsu, which surely goes ronin again), do they goes malfunctioning with their ashikabi gone? will they be assimilated to the winning team?
In sanada we have a black sheep.. he was said to be one of the big name, and seeing him introduced then lose is just .. lame.

Speculating on who Minato will face beside Higa is interesting too, I'm sure we get a canon fodder ashikabi just so he can get accustomed first.. Altho if he is to meet Yukari or Chiho will be interesting turn of event too.

I don't think a loss means the Ashikabi loses the game. He just loses his sekirei. That'd allow for Mikogami and Sanada to lose without being eliminated.

I think that there will be 3games... if one team gets the award then its game over and everyone goes to their home and wait for next event

so in stage 3 there will be only 3main ashikabis (each ashikabi will win an award)
in stage 2 one of those 3 will lose
stage 1 the final with last 2ashikabis

I wonder why Takami cant ack like a spy and give minato some clues or information about stage rules... she is his mom so she should help him a little bit... or does she plan to make her own son suffer of loseing his sekirei

the only thing i'm sure of is that mikogami won't win this round, (he didn't bring neither akitsu or mutsu, his only aces imo) and maybe one between hikari and hibiki will die during the fight (to save the other two), so i'd go for sanada as the first round's winner; then when mikogami will be chosen again he will bring both akitsu and mutsu onstage and minato will be chosen as one of his opponents eheh

WHAT!!!! damn and I'm so interested to see how Minato plays a role in the battles now.The magazine knew what they were doing.

A little off topic but just heard the Songs "Tamannai! Kiss or Die!?" and "Kimi wo Omou Toki"(played as episode 11 ending song in anime) both are great fun songs.

Probably yes, since so far, there aren't any 2 sekirei that show the same powers.. At least each shown have different weapons.

Well there are comparable ones such as Miya, Karasuba and Mutsu. Their weapons may not exactly be the same, but they're birds of the same feather so to speak.

The only thing truly different about them is probably their fighting styles. The same thing goes for the hand to hand types like Musubi and Benitsubasa.
