I highly doubt Vandein is the main bad guy in all this. For now, we don't know anything of what his true aims are. Let's wait until we have more information on him before we assume anything. We're still in the early phases of the story.

The manga is on it's second half already (mentioned several times since Ch. 20) and with the Huckebein and Grendels suddenly being not-villains everything points out at Hardis Vandin to be the evil mastermind behind everything xDU

Unless it turns out Vice was the Big Bad all the time xD

hypothesis:Teanas eye looks suspiciously similar to Thomas when he was about to be infected by the eclipse could she have been infected.

What bothers me is that Teana looks perfectly fine the next page (thus why assumed Hardis was playin mind tricks to her). But the tought of Teana inceted and developing EC abilities doesn't sound bad at all.

Awesome powers for an actual cool character for once xD

EDIT: LOL! if translation is correct, it seems the panels where he attacked Teana and infected her with Eclipse were only inside his head. The goy got excited and imagined how great attacking and infecting Tia would be, he got handucuffed because Teana and the officers got nervous because of his attitude xDU ...but yeah the man was arrested due to Carter's testimony xD

Given the lack of distribution of AEC equipment and experience in dealing with Eclipse infectees, sending a warrant out would be pointless--they're nigh invincible as it is. Not ideal, but a warrant would probably cause panic and maybe get some would-be heroes in law enforcement and a whole lot of others killed in a confrontation.

They were in a holding area similar to the one the Numbers were held on (with grass and stuff). Apparently they all went to the bathroom and began enacting their escape.

I guess Carter got his teleportation spell from Lala. Mariya is the only one who seems particularly bothered by it.

It doesn't need to be a shoot on sight order - just let them know when a dangerous criminal has been sighted. Unless anyone who could can't anymore, that's certainly possible.

Spoiler for Pimps don't cry: Cypha and Sonica arrive with the other Huckebeins while Curren and Deville are well-dressed flying on a plane to somehwere. Fifth is uncouncsious in bed while the other Hucks are worried, Sonica finally makes some showoff of her fortune-telling powers. Back with the heroes Teana join the rest of the Forwards and the P-Team after leaving Hardis Vandin into custody. They seem more positive now (it won't last, i'm sure xDU). Somehwere else Curren, Sonica and Veyron are preparing to do something apparently important (yay, more of Curren's unmatched badassitude xD). The we cut to the Grendels who are talkiing about something while Carter is sitting on a Toilet(don't worry people he still have his pants on xDU).
