She was a lesbian from hell, and voiced by the very same Naomi Shindō, who also did Cagali Yula Athha.

I totally could not tell it was her when I first watched it, because her Kyoto accent was top notch (as expected from somebody born there), which btw, is my favorite Japanese accent.

You know, Klan looks like a short woman, rather than a little girl in that pic. She's got the right attitude, and with proper clothes and make up, I bet she could easily pass for an adult.

Ah yes, her Kyoto-ben was awesome! And I was actually surprised that she had played the role of Fujino since she's done so many male-sounding voices like in Gear Fighter Dendoh.
