i think Naruto might end with his death actually....aka it will end with him saving the entire village, and on his dying bed, his comrades will say he was just as honorable as a hokage, and in doing so, the whole village would acknowledge him as a hero. not only would this be a poignant ending, but it'd end the series, have people acknowledge him, and have the fourth hokage's wish of him being seen as a hero.

Naruto technically IS the 4th Hokage (i think so anyway) he is the 4th and Kyubi together...probobly the 4th's son or something...

...so

he is destined to become Hokage.

i think tusnada will be a good hokage but we really havn't seen to much of her to know..especially since she got the title ...

i think it is very likely for kakashi to be the 6th and then naruto ..i said it in another board but naruto world likes to go in kind of a family rout... the 1st and 2nd where brothers .. the 3rd trained jaraiya, oro, and tsunada... jaraiya was asked to be the hokage..oro was strong enuff..but jaraiya trained the 4th....the 4th trained kakashi... tsunada was like i said trained by the 3rd ...and is also the granddaughter of the 1st... it seems like the naruto world likes to keep hokage in the family

Ooooooold thread ...

Funny to see people where already wondering 2 years ago when Naruto would advance to Chuunin level.

And it seems obvious Naruto will be Hokage at the end of the very end of the show.
