Stan Lee died

Stan Lee, the man who co-created Marvel Comics, has died ... Stan's daughter tells TMZ.

We're told an ambulance rushed to Lee's Hollywood Hills home early Monday morning and he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We're told that's where he died.

Man, that's really sad. A real genius has left us with so many great things to enjoy and love.

Sad news . Not entirely shocking considering his age, but never fun to hear about this sort of news.

I'd expect they've already filmed his cameos for Captain Marvel and Avengers 4. Although whether or not they keep those scenes in the films after his passing I'm not sure.

I wouldn't even be surprised if they just CG him into subsequent films. Maybe that's what he would have wanted?

Maybe like he did in deadpool 2 and make cameos in photos, paintings, holographs, etc.

Man this is really sad news, rest in peace.

The Avengers 4 cameo is indeed happening. Not sure about Captain Marvel and Spider-Man: Far from Home, though.

Sad news. I'll always be thankful for the entertainment he gave us. His cameo in Avengers 4, if they still include it will be a lot sadder with the knowledge that it will be his last.

Excelsior! RIP Mr Lee. I pray he's in a better place and is reunited with his wife Joan.

95 years is a hell of a run. His life is crazy enough to be a comic book in itself. He left a hell of a legacy.

Yesterday, Stan Lee would have turned 96 years old had he been still among the living.

Precisely why, I paid my respects to him by going to my local cinema and watched Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, the first out of three films featuring his last living and posthumous cameos.

I'll be reviewing the film in its respective thread, but right now this thread is for Stan Lee.

Stan Lee along with Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby became a league of their own, and no one of his generation in his prime days would've imagined that someday those three would found a universe of their own brought to life through their imaginations. It is due to them that MARVEL became the empire it is now which net profits total around the billions of dollars. However, that's not the point but rather that through their comics and story books they brought forth generations after generations of fan legions, growing with their heroes and villains, and thus inspiring all of us even to this day to step forth with our passions whether be the media, TV, films, comics, pop culture, etc. to expose our ideas into the world.

With the right mindset and motivation anyone can become famous at whatever they're passionate about as long as they're determined and committed to stand up whenever the world throws at us its worst stuff.

Stan Lee will forever be remembered and be made homages to his persona regardless if he is no longer in this world to see the lights of another day.

"That person who helps others simply because it should or must be done, and because it is the right thing to do, is indeed without a doubt, a real superhero."
- STAN LEE
