Didn't Ayumu erase the memories of all of the bystanders that saw him in his Masou Shoujo costume last episode?

This episode was really well done, balancing not only quality development for both the plot and characters but as well as still remaining funny with some really hilarious jokes (Haruna's Tamago Tea/Sera's ceiling ninja antics); with so much potential, I personally can't believe this is only going to be 13 episodes (at best) aired. Totally looking forward to future episodes more than ever now.

Glad to see Yuu gradually step out of her comfort zone to protect Ayumu. I can't wait to see further interactions between Haruna, Ayumu, and Eucliwood (Sera somewhat less than the main three).

Spoiler for Character first impressions:

1. Ayumu - Probably the best MC I'm seeing for the season, counting every other series I'm following. Kazuya Kujo of Gosick follows a far second in my list... well, Ep. 3 will sort things out for him on my side I guess.

2. Eu-chan - So silent except for her notes, I can't tell what she's thinking, what with that deadpan expression of hers. But is quite pleasant so far. Also LOL at Ayumu's imagination of a moe-moe Eu-chan.

3. Haruna - Eh? Where did she come from? Hey, I know I love eggs, but I don't want to be stuck eating just one type of food everyday.

4. Sera - ... A vampire who's a ninja, appears out from nowhere direct into someone's home, and calls the owner of that house "kuso-mushi." "If I were to be so unkind I'd exorcise you straight away missy, watch your foul words," is what I'd like to say, but whatever.

I like this almost in spite of myself. The whole Princess Resurrection gag of finding new ways to slice up the hero every week is incredibly lame. Seraphim's act had already worn thin by the time she'd been on-screen for five minutes (though I'm sure she'll soften up when she inevitably falls in love with Ayumu).

But there's just something appealing about the package as a whole. Ayumu is likable and Yuu is adorable, and they seem to have a real chemistry budding. The dialogue (apart from Sera) is sharp and witty, and the creative team really have a good eye for visual humor. I also like the fact that aren't going to run the "Masou Shoujo Ayumu" gag into the ground by trotting it every week, because it still has a lot of life in it.

This show is shaping up to be one of my favorites this season. This episode got a good balance of comedy and some serious plot.

So we have a new addition to the harem, Sera, who's a vampire ninja. I love how she treat's Ayumu like shit even after he defeated her in battle lol. The ceiling scene was also lol. We learn of Ayumu and Yuu's firsts meeting, which I thought was really sweet. Ayumu's breakdance was hilarious, totally reminded me of TK. We also learn that Ayumu's murderer is definitely isn't human by the looks of it. Yuu is soooo adorable, character of the show hands down. I loved it when she slapped Haruna. Hopefully she actually talks sooner or later.

another good episode. more background info on how they met and kept the plot moving at the same time with showing a change in yuu when it comes to death. btw, towards the end of the OP you can see a glimpse of foreshadowing of who will appear next in the few episodes.

Her hairpin vaguely looks like a shuriken so she could be another ninja. Kind of doubt it though. Let's see... we've already got a necromancer, a zombie, a vampire ninja and a magical girl. Seems like anything is possible.

it looks like she has something to do with ramen. Either she's a never fat chick that eats ramen or her weapon is ramen don't know how that will work out. Probably like Setella@Freezing with her hamburger addiction. She appears in both episodes in PE uniform so I guess she's good in sports and stuff.

Haruna in the dakimakura reminds me of hideyoshi...... I'm in serious trouble if I'm seeing them both the same because their is a huge difference on those two.

Sera reminds me of Kaori. Using a sword like weapon with ponytail and hot bomb body.

I wonder who the twin tail is. By the picture provided above. The girl whose name is Tomonori looks like pig tails and not twin tails.

Perhaps you're right. I can only speak for myself, but out of all the harem shows I've watched including this one, only three had a main character I would consider above average. I'd like to add that IS' MC is only average in my book. So rather than underestimating these show's characters, maybe I'm too harsh with them. I don't feel that's the case, though.

She's wearing a cape similar to Sera's, so she's most likely also a vampire ninja. As for the ramen, there's a good chance she'll use it as weapon. Sera turned leaves into a sword, so there's a chance that girl could turn ramen into something cool.

Haha,the author mention that he intended to make this light novel into action packed,suspenseful and bloody genre but his editor outright tell him this is romance comedy after reading the first novel.He even doesn't know what is a plot!!Well,this is why this anime is so funny and boy change into maho..maso-shoujo.
