FAQ How many episodes are there? Currently, the anime is on Episode 290 The next episode airs on January 14, 2007. We don't know how many episodes there are going to be in total. The series is still going and it doesn't look like it's going to end anytime soon. ^_^ The anime generally follows the manga, with slight deviations every once and a while in the form of fillers. What about the manga? The manga is still going as well. It's currently on Chapter 440 Where can I get the manga? Hahaha, there might be a group translating it, BUT I CANNOT TELL YOU. The manga is licenced by Viz. Therefore, the fan translations are illegal and I cannot give you any information on where to obtain scanlations. Fansubs? At one time this show was unlicensed and someone did fansub a lot of it, but that was before the show was licensed. Now the anime is licensed, so don't bother us by asking where to get them. Spelled out in English. Arabasta, Alubarna. The name of the kingdom is properly spelled with an R and the capitol of the kingdom is properly spelled with an L. Got it? Also, for the curious - The woman who takes in Nami and Nojiko is Bellemere. The doctor from the Drum kingdom is Dr. Hiluluk. Two L’s. Roronoa Zoro is how to properly spell the swordsman’s name. The American Zolo is incorrect, as is Zorro. Benn Beckman, Shanks’ first mate, is properly spelled with two N’s. The two giants from Little Garden are Burogy and Dorey. The two bounty hunters that followed Zoro were Yosaku and Johnny. The mayor of Water 7 is Iceburg, with a U. The word itself is properly spelled Iceberg. I've updated the FAQ on the first page of the thread with the latest info. Many thanks to King Jb612 and Chuixupu (and of course Bremm for creating it in the first place).
If anyone wants to make further updates, please PM me and I will send you a copy of the post with all the BBcodes intact. That way it will be easier to update (and means I will not have to try and edit all the BBcodes back into the post)

Thanks for merging my updated version with the old one. I know I haven't been really active and I didnt have the right to complain so I updated it myself. Also if you guys want I can update it from now on.

First of all I just want to say that I didn't write the "manga filler" post as someone else I know has access to this account and sometimes writes things that are not worth looking at. I'll tell you when a post written on this account is not mine.
Second, I have a question. You know the SBS right? Well, do you know how to mail your questions to Oda so that he may answer them? I have questions that only he could answer that I don't think anyone else could answer. |
