Her undershirt looks to have slight alterations; the golden ornament on her chest is slightly different, the design on the sides of her skirt now match the design on the front, and the cuffs of her jacket are a bit more ornate and somewhat larger.

Essentially, they inverted what they did in the first movie--Nanoha got slight alterations, while Fate got major ones, as opposed to Fate getting minor alterations to her original appearance, and Nanoha being completely revamped.

While at first glance the Wolkenritter didn't seem to get much changes, they do get some minor ones that most people will miss lest they have a side by side comparison.

- For Signum, the line running around her jacket 'skirt' is new, and the gems there have dissapeared. Also, she wears longer black socks know that extend above her armored boots.

- Only change I can see for Vita's design is the change in shape in the darker red part of her billowing skirt, which are now large inverted stubby arrows instead of spikes.

- Shamal has a longer 'apron' extending below her beltline. Her jacket skirt also has black trim now, instead of said trim being green like the rest of her outfit.

- Zafira has.... tucked belts, instead of their ends flaying around like previously. (ain't it sad Zafira?

It's not a major point to dwell on, but it's still kind of a bummer that the Wolkenritter didn't get too huge an overhaul, and mostly stuck to small, almost unnoticeable differences. Of course, we do not know what the new Laevatein or Graf Eisen look like yet though, so there's still reason to believe that their weapons might get that treatment.

Nothing much to say about the changes to Nanoha and Fate that haven't already been discussed. For Fate though, all those red lines running across her black outfit remind me of Kamen Rider Faiz

Also Shamal's armor plates around her skirt/waist are a bit smaller.

Nanoha's collar looks like it matches with the jacket more and makes her neck look less unnaturally long. Also, is it just me or did her arm guard-things become even more extravagant?

They did. They're slightly bigger and have a bit more gold trim.

Me too but that will be against canon Hayate who for wathever reason decided to strip the Wokenritter of the awesomeness of a proper Knight Armour in favour of more fashionable Knight Clothes. Go figure xDU.

They added more white to it around the collar. Until we see her without the coat (likely when Vita smacks it off of her in the movie) we'll see whether or not they added the white fabric past her collar.
