It's interesting to see O'Hare in there, whose real-life alter ego comes from what would be the second oldest active USN squadron, the current VFA-31 Tomcatters (which got the distinction for being the last F-14 operator).

It looks to me like that relationship chart mainly describes a different Strike Witches unit, some of which are connected to the main characters we know. The characters listed as "teammates" are Anabuki, Sakomizu, Hartmann (Ursula, Erica's sister), O'Hare, Beurling and... I can't make out the last one. Leivonen? The closest match I can find in Finnish WWII ace lists is "Laitinen", but that doesn't match the kana...
