Assuming that you're talking about the BL/shounen ai anime series from '05, there hasn't been any second series announced. Period. Rumours keep going around and around, but nothing official has ever been announced. The manga is still ongoing, and there's not enough new material yet for a second series, so it's not too likely.

It's just like GAINAX to keep on postponing Bushilord. And when we'll have the series, it's going to be probably just a piece of sh*t. *sigh*

Oh well, I'm not complaining about the anime this season. A lot of them kick ass.
