You can use the torrent data site here to find individual fansub websites or IRC but "fansubbing discussions" that have any merit at all (i.e. not just waving one's private parts about or being a jackass) usually happen on an individual basis (ad hoc). This AS subforum remains useful as a repository for "how-to" starters and for people looking to link up with other people in the hobby. I think you can discount Cront's post as simply arm-waving noise.

This sub-forum was archieved a while back, but you can still post new replies in the threads. So I guess this place is not only like a fansub legacy thingy, but can also be revived (maybe just a bit), if enough people get interested and etc.
