The Translator in on a roll, Chapter 11 translated fellas. We're on par both translation and just a chapter behind japan(not couting an oneshot).

Still nice this manga got such reception even if quiet here.

I been hoping to know this for a while tho. I really want backstory on the sis. Cause I dont feel they are related. But yet why does she protect him, why does she call him her brother? How did the relationship come to be and "what" exactly is she. She seemed like a cyborg which was cool at first, but she appears to be more human now.

I can only think she'd have to be genetically engineered as an experiment or a prototype. With a purpose of protecting him. While, ast times shes been badass, shes failed once or twice and they got through on luck.
