I know this is a very weird request, so im sorry if i bother anyone...

Like the title, i want to ask for you guys for help for anime with girl suffering stomachache, i know im being demanding but if the girl is holding or rubbing her stomach would be great...and i would appreciate even more if you can tell me which episode it is

Well, first thing came to mind is March Comes In Like a Lion. Takes a long time to reach the part where she has a stomach ache, but for that it's an impactful scene, since it's not a result of bad food or anything, but rather severe anxiety and fear. Other than that, most "stomachaches" I know of in anime tend to be followed immediately by a trip to the "throne room", which I imagine isn't exactly what you're looking for...
