I am really liking Yuki right now...
And really hating Koizumi x Mikuru right now. That's just... one of those pairings which I say, "BLASPHEMY!" I must rectify this. Spoiler for 1 NSFW pic, and Possible Blasphempy towards many hardcore shippers:

Surprised? Not too much. Disappointed? Possibly. If said '18+ doujin' was hentai, then yes.

yes, there is actually a difference, but in this case, yes, it was hentai, came out some time ago pretty sure the one with the green swimming suit is also from that series, just a different volume
now to stay on topic, here's some comic strips I found on pixiv |

I don't think I will; I was always under the impression that what made a manga a doujin was the fact that it contained hentai. Or maybe I've just always subscribed to especially vague definitions of both terms.
I DO know that I'm not about to look up the actual definition of either term while I'm at work, though. <_<

'Doujin' is short for 'doujinshi,' which is roughly equivalent to the English term 'indie.' All it really means is that something was produced without the aid of a publishing company. It's often based on a commercial work, but it may be entirely original. It can also be applied to games (Touhou) and music. Whether or not it contains explicit content is independent from the term itself.

(Or maybe I just don't give indie authors a lot of credit. <_< )

yep, pretty much. there's also Doujin soft, which are doujin games. Examples would be: Higurashi/Umineko and even more famous, Touhou Project and so we don't go off too much off topic, here's something else I found on pixiv, someone tell me, is this kyon or Koizumi, cuz I'm having trouble telling, though I think it's Koizumi |

Koizumi isn't really all that out of proportion. We're dealing with the tallest guy in the series and one of the shortest girls, after all, and Nagato's barely taller than Mikuru.
@Crow: It'd be "Psychic Giant Itsuki." The "Space" part refers to the fact that Nagato is an alien. And yes, I know "Esper" would be more appropriate. Psychic Giant just sounds funnier.
