China
Such hats are easy to be custom made in villages in China. Luffy's straw hat isnt as big as those used in RL China villagers. These villagers used it to cover themselves from the sun light so it will be bigger then luffy's.
Luffy's straw hat is shorter on the sides and it resembles the 70's female hat's top. In China they uses pointed top. If you have like 5 bucks, they will be more then happy to make 10 custom hats for you ^^. Chances are you are not going to find Luffy's hat without being custom made, because Luffy's hat defies modern designs and praticalness(sun light etc). But i am pretty sure you can find some older people with the skill to make such straw hats. |

I might as well ask it in this thread.
the name of the song that is played when Luffy does somethings cool. Like episode 102 when he uses the zenmai to catapult out of the underground cave in the desert. Or in the latest episode when he punches Crocodile. I can't find it on any OST's since I don't know it's name. Is there a OST dedicated to purely music and not somuch the OP's and ED's?

One Piece original T-shirts?
Does something like that exist? I was wondering cuz I would be really interested in buying those but all i found were crap Tshirts on ebay that are being sold for like 10$ but actually I wouldn't wear them for free. If anyone has some information if there are any online shops or sth selling something different then ebay. i would be really grateful

It's going to be difficult to find any sort of One Piece merchandise since it's a few years old now. Unfortunately eBay is most likely going to be your best bet but as you say, you have to work out the real items from the dross.

No way, it's easy to find OP merch online or at conventions and collector shows. I mean, obviously you could never just go to a dept. store in the US, but stores that specialize in collectibles have them. Some asian markets have smaller stuff too. They still produce buttloads of OP merch in Japan. I came back with a haul from Anime Expo and I'll get more at Comic-Con. ^^ There was a site I saw recently that carries lots of different OP t-shirts, I have to find the link again though.
