I think that BGM hasn't been released yet. And it's actually carrots (ninjin) that he needed to buy.

Wait, do you mean the BGM around 09:28~09:34 (or somewhere around there)? That is quite hard to say as BGM from Umineko since you can actually hear that in other Drama CDs (like Az, if my memory doesn't fail me, or IM's productions in general.)

That BGM indeed. It sounds like generic pipe organ music but it fits Kinzo.

Ah yes, if it's that one, indeed that is one of the non-Umineko BGMs. I just re-listen to Az just now and sure, it got that pipe organ music. I think AyA? also got that tune, not sure when though. I think.

I suspect that there should be more generic BGMs that practically taken from other drama CDs, particularly Original ones haha :')

I need to read more carefully, I thought 808080[8] was asking some BGM from when Kinzo and Klaus is fishing LOL

Yeah, If I remembered I heard it somewhere in another Drama CD too, but the Drama cd is not related to Umineko at all
That why I asked, I doubt coz the 2 drama cd have same bgm lol XD

The stuff I can understand from listening alone and from the romaji does indeed refer to the seven sisters and Umineko in general and it's not just that one line you mentioned. Of course that doesn't exactly relate it to the franchise in the same way like songs that can actually be heard in the game or anime, but still this song was clearly written from shikata-san for the franchise. It's comparable to e.g. the B-side of the 1st single for Higurashi DS which Itou Kanako wrote herself and the lyrics refer to Higurashi just as well.

I don't really like translating with romaji and at the moment I don't have the original CD in my hands so if I give it a shot I would do it when the CD arrives here at my place. Not liking the sisters that much doesn't really help... Plus I won't be able to translate the lines in Italian anyway...

"saiko" means something like "the best" or "#1" so Kanon's saying "Rokkenjima is.......the best." (referring to the main idea of the Umineko track on the drama CD which is:

I have a summary for those interested. Disclaimer: I have lousy Japanese as of this time, so it might not be accurate.

Spoiler for Summary of Track 2 for Drama CD:

Krauss wanted to promote Rokkenjima Resort. He seeks advice from Battler, and George. From there, the ideas got from simple to disastrous.

1. Battler suggests Shannon to wear a swimsuit because she has her big breasts and this will attract men. George gets thrown into his inner mind theater. Despite denying what he was thinking, Battler was able to see through him.
   Shannon does it as part of her job. Kanon is the camera man. Shannon is too shy because of her swimsuit but Battler approves. George (in her swimming trunks) cuts in wanting to protect Shannon.
2. Jessica suggests Kanon to do the CM in a swimsuit to attract women. Kanon does so in his usual stopic tone. This sends Jessica flying with sparks. Krauss is unsatisfied and demands more tension. Kanon does so, but a bit over the board. Jessica is sent flying with more sparks.
3. Battler suggests he and Jessica promote the good cooking from Gohda along with the CM while them eating in that part. They try Gohda's cooking and because it's delicious, they end up eating too much in practice before the real thing. When the actual filming started, they were too full and about to throw up. This sent Gohda crying.
4. Krauss was at a loss and found Maria. He thought that a child might be able to do the CM. Maria proceeds to filming, until she changed the last line which said "..and the really wonderful Beatrice is here!". Krauss pointed this out to Maria and Maria starts to go into her kihihihi mode and spouts out everything about the revival of Beatrice, the Golden Land, and sacrifices. This freaks Krauss out of his wits.
5. Krauss ends up filming himself ending with his maniacal laughter. It ends up getting rejected (?).

UMG Vol.4 song's lyrics are there, too. They're right under Vol.3 in that search result.
