Dude, if you want a long break from all the romance/harem antics you see in recent animes, I suggest you watch Durarara!!

My favorite character is Shizuo Heiwajima, just look at the guy, he is a fucking savage!! If you can, watch this clip. Shizuo is the blonde haired bartender with the shades.

Just watch Durarara!! You'll understand. Here's a summary;

Ryūgamine Mikado is a boy who longs for the exciting life of the big city. At the invitation of his childhood friend Masaomi, he transfers to a school in Ikebukuro. Masaomi has warned him about people he doesn't want to cross in the city: a champion fighter, an informant, and a mysterious gang called "Dollars." Nervous from Masaomi's stories, Mikado witnesses an urban legend on his first day in the city, the Headless Rider astride a black motorcycle. From then on, the existence of supernatural cases and a gang called the Yellow Scarves will rise to the surface, and Ikebukuro will pushed to the breaking point.

Planned on making one soon.

Armored Core-ish setting whereby the armies from various nations of the world aims to capture(not destroy) the IS units, especially the Personal types, to become the dominant nation of the world.

It'll basically be something like this. Only replace the ACs with IS units. (E.g Replace the tank mech with Charlotte and the Rafale Revive)

...lost 3 of 4 fight, win in the second match simply by overpowering her using brute strength and heavier build (and the fact I know Judo), but my poor stamina kicked again (I lost 1/3 of my lung due to illness by the way).

Though I somehow won the spar against guy of my size, so I guess it's just that she's incredibly strong rather than me pathetically weak.

Depending on his mission, but I doubt it anyway, he should be at least bring a pistol/ revolver "just in case".

@ Senpai - He reasons that guns would be useless on an IS anyway. His gun fighting is extremely clumsy since his posturing and usage is shit.

As I said: "Just in case", not all his enemies are I.S., of course, it could bere justified that whiel strategy and intelligence-wise the Terrorist group are good, their combat doctrine are piss poor.

@ Senpai - Only he doesn't use a gun. This is why he got held up by gunppint by the other two members and only managed to attack them when they heard Ichika's rescue and got distracted. He even throws away the gun he grappled from Sam. This bites him back in the ass later since he could have used it with the bomb disabling.
