Takeda and Sanada brawl was the most awesome part of this 1st episode. That and the dancing soldiers. I'll wait and see for more episodes, fights needs a little more punch to get me sold.

I think I could grow to like this show. It's been a while scince I have partaken of such finely processed cheese, PERFECT anime for the weekend (with the weeks I have in front of me, I'll need it).
The biggest and baddest male seiyuu have all gathered here while the most charming female seiyuu are lined up for queen's blade, interesting (all though both are aimed at pure blooded males, I think I will pass on the later) I'll probably stay with the sub on this one, antiqued Japanese is too much of a pain to stick with at my current level, still I got the feel for the episode easy enough (naturally each lord of each region has some unique ridiculous power). At least the show looks great. Wasn't too worried about that Kazuya Nakai was so freaking funny as Date, it took me a while to recongize Soichirou Hoshi as Yukimura cause it's been a while scince I heard him. Sounds a little like Kazuma from scryed but raspier maybe? (looks like Son Goku with two poles to me) Tessho Genda and Norio Wakamoto are freakin powerhouse no matter where they voice! Uesugi's ninja shorty Kasuga is really hot. Oh Yea, THE OP KICKS SO MUCH ASS. You will need medical attention for your now critically kicked derriere after listening to it. It's abington boys school (not to inter their overall sound) but paced like classic T.M. Revolution (more my thing) so it's super enjoyable in tandem with the visuals. |

Well, if Basara includes Hanbei, they'll be bringing Ishida Akira, who did Sarutobi Sasuke in SDK. Koyasu also did some characters, both in anime and in drama CD/games.
Wakamoto was Botenmaru aka Masamune in SDK.

Anyway, why is nobody in awe with Masamune's Chopper Horse? Those handle bars, the huge exhaust, despite being only 1 horsepower, its total awesome.
