Man, the White Cats sure make Persia's birthday into an entire performance. I wonder if she enjoys it at all, beyond appreciating the sentiment ?

Was that a four-way Kabe Don Inuzuka did to Persia there? He was almost kind of projecting his crotch area towards Persia .

Hasuki trying to cheer up Inuzuka was really sweet. He may be a hopeless idiot, but he's the hopeless idiot she's in love with, and she really did try her best to get him out of his funk in the most adorable way possible .

Hasuki bashing her head in for having impure thoughts was such an Inuzuka moment .

Poor Hasuki's breasts. Poked and then slapped in the same episode .

Char delivering Persia's cookies to Inuzuka was a nice showing of her changing perspective on Romio and his relationship with Juliet .

Abby returning as a bearded hobo was hilarious. I really didn't see that coming. I guess it's what he deserves for his actions in the Sports Festival, and once again Somali's feelings for him end up being his undoing .

So it looks like to get to his girlfriend Romio will have to go through the elites of the White Cats, including an eccentric representative who tells bad jokes and annoys the heck out of his fellow Prefect .

I know the animation quality is overall in shambles, but this scene definitely took the cake. Looks like the White side has been messing around with cloning technology.

Nice, they didn't had an original ending and kept true to the story from the manga. Rosaries saved the day and now the goal is clear, Inuzuka aims to become a prefect and make the school accept that Black Dogs and White Cats can be friends and even lovers. And our boy even brought a ring for Persia! Look at that man! Making his future wife all happy and giggly! And then he goes and dies due happiness because Persia called him her boyfriend.
Hah, I wanna see more of them animated~

A pretty good watch. It overall worked and the female characters were cute and fun to watch. It also ended in a fairly smooth way.

Though to be honest, there wasn't enough focus on the countries/families fighting for power-ish setting for me to feel the need to refer to Romeo and Juliet. And Romeo wasn't surrounded by females like this. So... yeah.
And of course, the animation quality kinda choked near the end.

Oh, and I really liked the OP and ED.
I especially like how the OP uses the characters' silhouettes, and the ED just reminds me of the good old days' eroge-anime EDs. Quite enjoyable indeed.

Personally I can imagine more and more people will learn about secret, but for different reasons, like receiving help or befriending Julio, it will become open secret. So after unveiling it most people will just brush it aside "Pfff, we already know".

Also it would be funny if it caused a "free for all" brawl instead typical dorm vs dorm one.

Anyway, I have no hopes for second season, so it's a manga time!
I don't always read manga after anime ends, but when I do, I find out went after romcoms.

So not only did he get to wish Juliet a genuine Happy Birthday, he got to hear her finally say that she loves him. Pretty good day for Romio-kun .

Let's be honest, in an honest-to-goodness duel of cuteness, Hasuki would have totally beaten Rex over Maru's tsundere routine. Just plop Inuzuka next to her and watch the adorableness go from there .

It always comes back to that bra. Y'know, looking at it more closely, it looks a little too big for Persia anyways .

A nice full-circle moment with Romio and Juliet dueling with swords again, the first time leading to the start of their relationship and the second time to protect it .

He didn't say anything about it, but I'd like to think Airu's brief pause was a tacit acknowledgement of respect for Romio choosing to be a Prefect.

I can only imagine all the crazy stuff the twins will have Romio do now .

Poor Scott. Just...poor Scott .

So I took it from that final line that the couple don't intend to call each other by their first name and until they've changed the world into one that can accept their relationship? That might be a little while off .
