Chain Bind does physical damage, not magical damage. That's good enough?

The problem is that Chain bind is practically solidified mana. And by technicality, IS a pure magic, whose effect is worse than elemental magic when it comes to Huckies. They'll just shrug it of and laugh.

Ah, damn. I had though that Chain Bind produces PHYSICAL chain.

An example, Agito used a magical bind on Cypha that seemed to be chain bind or at least some very similar spell, Cypha's reaction was to effortlessly breaking the bind by flexing her muscles and considering that was unreacted Cypha i'm pretty much sure that conventional binds have little to no effect on them(just look at what happened to Signum after facing her with the very physical Laevatein).

An intereting approach coulde be Caro's "Alchemic Chain" spell, i don't remeber accurately but i think i've read the spell actually summon physical chains or transform them from raw materials. Correct me if i'mworng.

Look it up in the wiki. Yes, it's an physical attack, I just need to figure out how Yuuno knows it.
On a side not, just how fast is their magic dissolving ability?
For example, let say that they're flying at about 100km/h. If a shield/barrier suddenly appears in front of them, would they just plow through it, or would they crash into it?

Likely crash into it unless they knew it was coming, as they have to actively de-link mana. If they're Reacted, the crash likely wouldn't hurt them too much though.

Details on the Eclypse thing are really scarce, so I'm taking a fw liberties. Just hope I don't accidently anger someone with this.

Special mention goes to Cypha and Deville who seems to be the most resillent and tough members of the Hucks so far. Cypha's body being so hard it destroyed Laevatein after having an arm chopped off and Quinn's Divider after the mentioned Eclipse girl attempted to cut her neck. On Deville's case his Armorize viralizing abilty seems to put him on a defensive level even higher as he fought an upgraded Fate to a standstill while remaining unscatched.

Veyron and Arnage seems to be made of softer stuff xD

I guess there's no real problem, Eclipse infection seems to be only spreaded trough a very selective process. If that were the case Signum should have presented some symptoms but she's fine so i guess direct physical contact with an EC Driver won't do anything against the attacker aside of breaking his/her bones xD

They are not infectious, but at least Cypha's body is extremely corrosive to magic weapons, which may also apply to magical constructs and armor.

I don't actually see Jail as such a sentimental person. Regardless of the Unlimited Desire, his actions have showed that his moral standards as a human being is very different from most people. To me, it definitely felt OOC that Jail wouldn't consider Quattro as a daughter.

Still, it's a passable chapter (I mean, there's nothing much to say so...).

Spoiler for spoiler: Here's a small list of things that I plan to give Yuuno: - Parkour-like skills. (Reason: Ancients site are filled with traps, and some of them have AMF field, so it's a necessity) - Martial Arts/Self Defense (Reason: Standard Scrya clan practice. They're nomads and archeologists, so they're bound to run into some ... unsavory people along the way). That's about it though. The first one he's quite good at, while the latter he know only the basic.
