Bah teachers. You wouldn't belive how many lies they tell you in shool. History teachers are the worst. History in anything below college is not as much about history as about building national identity and some sort of loaylty to the current government.

Example: BAKA means STUPID in japanese VACA means COW in spanish they both sound exactly the same. So it doesnt matter which country came up with that word at first or whatever, both languages have that word defined as there own. Try telling a Japanese that his word for BAKA is wrong and that it existed longer in other countries meaning COW, or the other way around, lets see how ppl would take that. P.S. Seriously there is no more need about this, we are way of topic and you will never get to make me look at that word or any other spanish peaker as something else. AH!!!!!!! im DL ep 3 now!!!!!!!!!!!

I just saw the first episode of Futaru Ecchi and I like it. The story of two young virgins arranged to be married and loving each other and passionately having love; it's beautiful. I'm not sure why, but they remind me of Belldandy and Keiichi. *Sigh* I'm such a sucker for romance.  It's quite funny seeing how their Yura's friends teach her how to please her husband  . I don't think it's really that important whether "non-japanese" people use the word "hentai" or "ero." We all understand that when someone says "hentai" they mean ero/ecchi.
I use the word "hentai" just because it is what I'm used to. "Hentai" has become the accepted term for "ero" outside of Japan and I don't think it's going to change. Google proves it, returning approx 3.1 million results for "ero", and then 29.8 million results for "hentai." I say let it go. |
