12 out of 10 even without subtitles

Absolutely awesome episode, was having fun the entire time.
Febli was really cute and enjoyable and together with Saten make a great team.
(But it's really sad they are going to part at the end of the arc..)

The bath scene is, as always, welcome

and Febli never failed to entertain.
And Aogami's cameo was like a cherry on top of the cream, really liked the episode.

Saten's ponytail pushed it to 11/10 and Febli stealing the gekota from Mikoto to 12 / 10

Totally agree with you. I loved that episode. Aogami made that 10/10 by itself. Then Febli stealing the gekota, Saten's ponytail and winking, and other scenes made that episode 12/10. Then the rest of the episode was just great to watch as well. Yomikawa made it 13/10. Don't know why, I just like her character a lot.

Anyway, this was a surprisingly good episode. It felt longer and better. I can't wait for next week's episode now

And... oh yeah Kongo and her friends made this episode great too. J.C. staff somehow made this episode really good

Not really, they keep their character modesty and haven't done that stuff yet.
They also avoid non-canon pantyshots (few exceptions when it's near the end of the serie)

Since we have Team ITEM team Railgun why not Add the Delta Force too .... ( the misadventures of the idiot trio ..And Yeah Aogami using the gekota suit to attract the lolis lolz)

Date check. Only half a day passed in the episode so it's currently August 26. 5 more episodes and 4 more days till August 30. Is it possible that they can end it on time? One can only hope.

And I'll just be amusing myself with these cameos and slight mentions to Index, like that "stalker" last episode. This arc is just not working for me.

Yay! Uiharu is very under-represented in the fanservice department - for this I actually watched pre-subs.

I was not disappointed.

I agree, but at the same time Railgun arcs tends to have longer lead in... Even in the previous season their last arc was mostly (halfly) SoL so maybe they just haven't kick it into high normal gear yet.

I would be glad if the arc was building a little faster... kinda to show what is the main point of this... and who is febri in general (misakis clone xD ?)

episode was sweat becouse of cute febri and that's all to it I guess :P but I wodner how would she act around touma
