that a nice theory, but for the leaving part, it was confirmed back then that the school found out about the relationship which made her resign..... Still dont know how she was able to keep her teacher license after that scandal but anime/manga rule probably

Well, she was planning to move on before the incident. Now she wants to devote herself to Natsuo, for nothing in return! Gay guy didn't say anything.

It's a nice contrast to Rui who could potentially put her career before Natsuo and go overseas for a year to study cooking (with her coworker guy that has a crush on her!)
