I seriously doubt it's an EXE, and I wouldn't run it if it were, it's just asking for trouble when you're expecting an image file. Anyway try opening it up with Irfanview, if it can't open it up, nothing can. If you don't have Irfanview, get it, it's handy, and free.

Also that is a fantastic cosplay. She really has the figure to pull off a Sheryl costume.

I didn't know MediaFire does images.

And that is a jpeg, so you should be able to open (be sure to click 'download image' at the bottom).

It's a jpg file, but it seems like for whatever reason mediafire erased the extension ".jpg" when you download it @__@ You really just have to rename the file and add the ".jpg" part that was taken away.
I tried reuploading the file and changed/simplified the naming, but the same thing happened again, mediafire took away the .jpg part; sorry for the inconvenience ;_;

EDIT: it works now. Please click again over the thumbnail on my first post. Sorry again.

Ugh, what the Hell mediafire ;_; It's not my first time uploading pictures there, but mediafire has always worked perfectly fine @_@
Anyway, it was repaired *yet again*; I think it should be good now, I don't believe there will be anymore problems from this point on ^^
