In the 0083 OVA, you never actually see when or how Cima got the Gerbera Tetra and/or what happened to her MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Commander Type that she previously piloted. We just see her using it suddenly during the last couple episodes out of nowhere, with no transition or anything. All we know is that it was given to her (or rather "her" with the Delaz Fleet) by Anaheim Electronics as is their "play both sides against the middle" business dealings, but based on the image of the Gelgoog Marine Commander Type fighting that Rick Dom II in the middle right image, I'm guessing we'll get an answer there.
It also looks like the GP02A, in the lower left, is going to get a chance to be in battle in space more before the Naval Review attack, so is using some sort of heavy weapon, probably a beam bazooka-style weapon, and it looks like it has its MLRS (multi-launch rocket system) too, that was originally just part of model kits and video games.
