The anime premiered on October 4 with Crunchyroll streaming it as it aired. What do you guys think of it?

^ I was confused much of the time. I'm not familiar with the game. But I did understand enough to know we've got a time shift or a dimensional shift going on. I'll watch some more to see what else I can understand.

It's OK so far. The antagonist are using time travel to take over Japan and make it stronger so as to combat the rest of the world.
