To wit and from what I understand:

The Hucks are on planet, and are in the aftermath of absolute carnage. Veyron is watching a couple of bodies burn, that kind of thing. Unless I missed something very important, the implications are pretty clear I would think.

Oh, and Karren is in a business woman's suit, with glasses, wearing her rape face, holding her rapier like a school teacher holds her pointer, and is in front of a blindfolded and bound man on his knees. Gogogogogo femdom/guro

All of them are in business suits, yes including Stella. Poor Steed is around her neck (start strangling her dammit!), the Hucks reunite and talk, IDK about what from there.

Teana reports to Hayate, carrying a message from Karren who taunts everyone, etc. Teana is also actually carrying Steed with her, who talks to Hayate some more. (I really want some kind of summary on this, I'm afraid of our little camera being altered in some way or other by the Hucks). Considering what records Steed originally did have, he can pretty much clear everything that Touma's done it seems.

Catching up in the Nakajima family, everything is fine in the world for now, Steed reunites with his master (who actually does have tears in his eyes, and this is pretty cute), I'm not at all sure about what the scene change to Einhart and Vivio have to do with this, someone check.

As a final note, I would like to see the Genei Ryodan face the Huckbein, and teach the Hucks just what exactly does a life of massacre mean. With /style/

Depending on who you ask, they are highly regarded to be among the best written groups of conniving, cruel, ruthless and dynamic 'family-ish' bad guy teams in anime/manga.

The people the Hucks slaughtered are more Eclipse scientists, so we're probably not supposed to feel sorry for them.

Eh, I'd have used cosplay myself.

Still, they attacked a pretty large and I assume important facility (even has it's own parking garage) so I guess they felt the need to dress the part. More of that psychological warfare, too.

Anyone else extremely amused by the irony that someone wearing a suit amidst the army of girls wearing swimsuits, goth loli, frilly skirts or sexy tops in all colors of the rainbow is the one being accused of cosplay?

She probably just made them. I can't imagine some of them really feeling like wearing suits otherwise.

Also, apparently the Hucks killed everyone there without getting a scratch, or nobody was actually armed, since their outfits are pretty much spotless.

It's an evil lab, so of course they were staffed entirely by mooks who recently graduated from Storm Trooper Academy.

And considering all the busted up guns and dividers lying around, there was indeed resistance.
