Here is an interesting article in Japanese in which people who saw this new version Lupin the 3rd is complaining about.

Still can't believe this isn't licensed yet. Must be some reason for it - either they want more money than any of the usual streamers want to pay, or the Italian TV company has exclusive 'everywhere but Japan' rights, or something.

Seriously, is nobody even watching this by dubious means?
Crunchyroll's Fall 2015 lineup page still has a To be Announced bit, which does rather make me suspect an Italian Embargo, but there are still Ways and Means....

Still, Ep 3 has Lupin pursued by an MI6 agent with a license to kill who is NOT JAMES BOND no sirree bob... There's even a Count of Cagliostro reference which makes perfect sense in context besides being the obvious reference.

On the whole I'm loving the show for its retro charms and I really DO hope that TBA on Crunchy is going to make this show more visible.

Episode 10:

Wow, that was great. Loved how it focused on Goemon's background story including her past with Belladonna. What a brutal episode too but at least she got what was wanted with the promise.

Who voiced the doctor in episode four? I couldn't find any credit for her at ANN. She had a great voice to go with such a lovely character.

I really like the ED. It could become one of my nominees for the 2015 Choice Awards along with the OP for Death Parade.

ANN: Media distribution service Crunchyroll announced on Monday that it will begin simulcasting the 2015 Lupin the Third anime series under the title Lupin the 3rd Part 4. The episodes that have already aired in Japan will become available on January 7 at 2:30 p.m. EST, when the simulcast begins.

The stream will be available in the United States, Canada, Central and South America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Scandinavia, and the Netherlands.

About damn time, I think!

Sayaka Ohara. Best known (to me at least) as Irisviel von Einzbern from the various Fate series and Mari from Prison School. ANN must have updated their Lupin 2015 page since you checked.
