The Sephiroth Tree of Earth had properly performed its duty and produced a seed. Miki-T is the Sephira "Daath". Amane is a mix breed between human and the Sephira "Binah".
The Great demon Lord Satan is the "Daath" of Ente Isla. Miki-T stated that the Sepiroth Tree in Ente Isla is not functioning properly, which is why the people there can use magic. The treatment of the Heaven on the Sepiroth Tree is also unsual.
Sephira Tree of individual planets are located on the moons of the planets.

I thought that the Daath, being the Great Demon Lord Satan, referred to the previous Demon Lord, and not Maou himself. There's really no reason for them to hunt Maou down based on that.

So the chinese fans have started to share some details about Volume 0, and since most of them are Lucifer fans, the thing they talked about was the scene between Maou and Lucifer. Apparently most of them feel disappointed that there wasn't much drama to how Lucifer joined Maou.

According to their super abridged version, apparently Maou told Lucifer (I can totally imagine Maou saying this in a childish carefree voice) that it was fun in his army and he should just join. And Lucifer joined him because he thought Maou was interesting. And according to the pictures from Volume 0, Maou met Lucifer first (as a kid), then Alsiel much later (as an adult).

You mean in volume 0? As far as I know from the Chinese fan's description, there are two stories, the first one is talking about Maou building up his army back in the Demon World and the second one is about how Emilia helped the country defeat a giant lizard. So no, I don't think volume 0 will not mention any part about the war in Ente Isla.

Hmm, if that is so, I think I need to take a look at the Chinese version myself (=w= ||)

One thing that is interesting is that Vol 0 did show the promise of how Maou and Emilia rise to power individually, and not that I don't like Maou ship with other girls, but somehow the 2 of them really seem like a couples themselves...

Though Maou's child.. isn't born fro Emillia, but having her call mother still flesh in my mind... which I couldn't stop laughing for half an hour (=w= ||)

The bird guy is Kameo, the Minister for the Demon World. He appeared in volume 4. He's the one running the Demon World while Maou is gone.
Erhm, Emilia's companions only consisted of Olba, Emeralda and Alberto. The part which you highlighted is the name of the imperial city, Sento Aile is actually Saint Aire, which Emeralda comes from.

I don't think the novel mentioned much about him after volume 4, but since he's staying in the Demon World right now, he should still be alive.
