I've seen a lot of ...interesting things... in Berkeley. In the early 2000s there was a tall old guy with super-long hair and he would take 5 - 10 steps and yell at the top of his lungs, take 5 - 10 steps and yell at the top of his lungs, take 5 - 10 steps and yell at the top of his lungs, etc. Is he still there?

That's like this person who sells electric appliances on a tricycle w/ wagon at crack of dawn every day in Beijing. I'd be sleeping and I'd wake up from hearing him/her from the twentieth floor.

I'm from Waterloo-Kitchener in Canada. Spent most of my life in Toronto. By my supercity life standards, 'City of Waterloo' feels like a little town with a few dozen locals D: Despite being quite big in area and having a few hundred thousand residents.

Probably. That sort of thing isn't that strange around here. Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco et al aren't very hard on homeless people. The police won't bother arresting them for vagrancy, so we get to see first-hand just how fucked the mental health system in America really is.

These people shouldn't be on the street. They don't even know what's real and what's being conjured up by their damaged minds. They should be in a psychiatric ward, where they have a warm bed, three meals a day and people who can help them take care of themselves. They shouldn't be forced to sleep on the sidewalk and eat out of dumpsters.

Around my house or my City? You can check this video out. There is 5 parts for this. Its not mine. But I think its the best way to show where I live. Hope anyone wouldn't mind.
