May be time to just simply cut our losses and move on. This series is just spinning its wheels without even leaving the parking lot.

No, I think the last chapter isn't up yet. Chapter 76 is previous release.

@Knighto: Agreed. And I'm going to go with those alternative endings rather than the open ending. Though I guess an open ending could also mean they're saying it can go either way.

Despite it being a harem ending either way, he could have picked 1 girl (the others would still want to be in his pants). Is there validity to my view here or is merely my Lala shipping side: just because Haruna is Rito's #1 girl, that doesn't necessarily mean she's his true love?

Is there a detailed spoiler for the chapter? I can't fathom how an open ending happened given the set up of the previous chapter. Rito was supposed to make a decision, what did he do?

I haven't read the chapter, but those special chapters will not even be part of the final volume. The real ending is chapter 77, those are just extras for the 10th anniversary. Nothing more than "what if" stories. At least that's what ANN says.

Yes, but an open ending in essence also means it can go either way. So we can still take one of those special chapters as the "true" ending. That's probably what they're there for, too.

so another series with no real ending thought it might actually end in a harem since they introduced it in chapter one, but 77 chapters later no real progress happens and it just finishes, really let down atm
