Took a quick look & the first things I read was "they still go to bath together as highschool students" & that it's a "romantic comedy" despite what that short opening lines seem to imply.

Well, at least the readers know what to expect...sort of.

Not really that interested but really curious on how far it goes with its theme.

As someone with 2 elder sisters and a little sister in other words being the sole male along with my dad...I just don't see what is so incredible about incest.

. Anyaway incest is interesting, only in literature though (though I am not gonna read a work about incest aloud at home of course). But it's a truth one won't get reallly excited over sister (well excited in the sense of anger is a different matter). Btw. what do you have against your sisters?

Also westermarck effect is highly iffy. I personally think this depends on education and social norms. If we were educated from childhood that having children with siblings (or cousins lets say) is the best possible and this is a norm most people would see siblings as potentional partners.
