In widescreen (16:9 format )you get to see some extras that you didn't see in 4:3 format. In my opinion, you should get the 16:9 format.

It's 16:9 (wider), so it has more details

It is not HD.

720p = HD. As stated before, 16:9 is just an aspect ratio that allows you to see more.

The 16:9 version is being shown on a three week delay, so only Episodes 1 and 2 have been aired so far (As far as I know of this writing). And Chihiro, at least, is subbing them.

CoalGuys did sub episode 1 widescreen. But no release of episode 2 as of yet.
