I think Random Wanderer didn't know that Sapphire & Ruby are Hisui & Kohaku from a parallel universe(like in the Nasuverse, an unverse which everyones are sticks...?), but i didn't know if this information is cannon....

Rather doubtful. Having looked up what Fate Tiger Colosseum is, since people seem disinclined to explain it, I am now even less likely to believe anything from there is even remotely related to canon.
