It's the idealism Shirou is heading for. More literal translation would be "ally of justice". Basically he wants to save everyone in need.

I think it is starting to make sense, I wish the translators didn't use superhero in the VN.

Why is Shirou's borrowed ideal wrong?

Since the original thread was locked and there is no other more suitable one...

DEEN's HD remaster of FSN has begun airing, 1 episode every day from 27'th of May until 7'th of June.

Has someone seen these episodes? How do they fare when compared to the original 2006 ones?

I assume it's not really any different from the Blu-ray release they did back in 2010.

A shame really since I already have that, but thanks.

Ufoable or someone else with similar quality really needs to remake Fate route for the fans.

I spent the past week expanding my knowledge on the fate/ series and so far I've (re-)watched the original Fate/Stay night, then moved on to Fate/Zero and I finished watching Fate/UBW a few minutes ago.

What else is there to watch and in what order? Since the first one was the Saber route and UBW was the Rin route, will there be one for Sakura and Illya too?

Heaven's Feel is Sakura's route, and is getting adapted into a few movies. Ilya doesn't have a route, but does have a nearly pornographic magical girl adaptation called Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya that is a manga and 3 seasons of anime, with a fourth incoming.

You will also have, in addition to Haven's Feel, Fate/Extra: the last encore anime next year.
It is different universe than FSN one but it has one of the msot beloved servants in the franchise.

Hello people I wonder , there is any chance to see Hollow Ataraxia adapted after Heavens Feel?

A while ago I read ufotable would definetly adapt HA if UBW sold over 100k copies. I don't remember the source or if it was a reliable one. As for my opinion, I think HA would be an awesome aid in further building of the Type Moon universe... after the Tsukihime anime is done, that is

EDIT: found the source.

While they did said that it still remains to be seen will Ufotable animate anything Fate related after HF at all.

Extra and FGO have been given to other studios and while Ufotable did sell UBW anime quite well they did had a financial crisis because it didn't sell as well as they expected.

HA will be animated for sure, the question is only when and who will animate it.

You're going to need to source outrageous claims like this.

Hello everybody! I was hoping I would be able to ask some questions on the character Gilgamesh. I noticed that the way he speaks japanese seems a little different from the rest of the characters. Anybody knows if it's a particular dialect or is that the way japanese was spoken in the olden days or something like that? Thank you!

Latter. He says オレ(ore) but the kanji is 我(ware). 我 is an old way of saying "I". Modern way of "I" is ore(俺).

That's not exactly an accurate way of describing it considering the amount of pronouns used in Japanese depending on gender, age, situation and position.

Guess I should have added for males and that it's a rougher way of saying "I". Though I was pointing out more of the kanji presented in Gil's speech.

Ouh ouh. Can I say that it's similar to the english's "thou, thy" etc etc?
