Maison Ikkoku and Madoka Magica. You can still find the links in the other thread if you need them. Or just search Madoka piano on youtube.

The World God Only Knows has some impressive music.

Cross Game has some nice music.

I'm surprised that Clannad and Clannad: After Story has not been mentioned. It has tons of good piano pieces.

Not anime, but if you are looking for piano pieces I assume you are familiar with The Man From Snowy River.

Solitude by the Window ~ Noir (Piano, but also an accordeon, so I'm not sure it counts)

I also liked the piano version of Usagi Drop's opening, Sweet Drops. The opening song is quick and cheery, and this one plays a variety of moods, fitting to the scenes through which it plays.

Hourou Musuko had a pretty nice paino soundtrack. I like this one, for example.

Actually I was referring to Madoka Magica a different anime from KOR that also has a female lead named Madoka, and has some amazing music (just like KOR).

I love Hisou from Kemono no Souja Erin, composed by Sakamoto Masayuki. I often play it.
The scene it is played for the first time (well, I think it was the first time) in the anime remains burnt in my memory and the music is part of the reason.
