So I've heard that Offense Armor (I don't remember the ITEM girl's name) was a lot more flippant as a character in the novels. Think her behavior in the Railgun Manga was just her 'business' side?

I wouldn't mind a rematch between the entirety of ITEM and Mikoto... with Mikoto at full power.

It's just her business side.
Her other side is just as twisted as Lessar (in a sense); she once flashed her pantsu at Shiage and she also enjoys bad movies and teasing, Hamazura in particular because of his reaction to anything sexually suggestive.

If it's an entire item vs mikoto no matter what if she's in full power. It would be just one sided fight.

It would be awesome if it's full power mikoto vs Mugino. Because that would be a true level 5 battle. Mikoto just outwit Mugino on their last battle. It's not entirely an esper battle of their own ability.

Plus Mugi is been holding back quite a lot. So they might be on even terms when they fought.

Since Mikoto is pretty much idle from the main ToAru storyline, she should go to pick a fight with the remaining Lv5 esper. Win or lose doesn't matter...Just want to see the rest of Lv5 Esper showing their stuff...

now that you mention it. The story doesn't reveal yet about the 6th rank level 5 and the "queen" doesn't make a personal appearance yet (only mind control or info's about her, mostly her peons are showing and doing her work)

Mikoto pretty well manhandled Mugino in their first fight even at minimal output, so at full power I'm not sure they would have much of a 'fight' (unless Mugino did the suicide trick or whatever).

No idea what Kakine can do (or why Mikoto would want to fight him), but yeah it would be cool to some of The Queen or the unnamed Level 5.

I would also like to see the side-story novel section where Mikoto apparently FLIES, but I have no idea what that is about.

When she has large amoung of hydrogen(like the ocean) she can make hydrolosis and can use it to "fly".

The problem of most level 5. They are pretty confident of their level and power. That's why level 0 beat them up.

They had an annoying habit of toying with their prey. And eventually the prey would bear it's fang against them and bite them.

There is only one instance of a 'level 0' beating a level 5. Shiage and Mugino. That was 100% pure luck.

Touma is special and basically has some super-uber magic that bends the plot to his will or some garbage. Obviously he doesn't count.

But you have to consider that Shiage is a real tactical fighter, using the environment to slow down if not take out Mugino back at the pursuit in AC's airfield.
