Episode 307 is actually not that bad! I am shocked truly shocked!

Hayate resurrected by Kabuto to steal the corpses of "elite" shinobi killed in the war for "research" so it works as side story so far though next episode looks like it's going to focus on the "drama" of Yugao and Hayate fighting

Well, this episode was more in a flashback than in reality.
It did explain a few things though, about Kabuto and his plans.
Also, it was a nice change of setting.
Things still need to speed up if they want to keep the fans.

The new op was awesome. Didn't really care for the ep. Don't remember them showing the fight when it happened in the past, so that was ok. The idea of stealing the elite bodies is fine though.

i notice when a group of people are being attacked, they just stand there and generic characters never use ninjitsu. i want to see real fights/people putting up a struggle

I'd assume that those who didn't wanna spoil themselves haven't played that game. And even so, that game made up its own bullshit ending, it doesn't spoil everything.

Couldn't they have made an OP about the filler crap instead?

But then we'd be stuck with that for six months, the filler only lasts until the end of April.

It would be alright for now, but it'll get awkward really fast and stay that way for a while.

If I hadn't read the manga, and I was watching this anime right now, I would be bummed out as shit in a few episodes because of a major spoiler that's not shocking to me anymore.

Well being anime only, I was a little shocked to see Madara in the OP. At least it's something to look forward too.

Also it counts out Tobi being Madara. Good thing they didn't spoil that one.

wow i haven't seen the new intro since i cant deal with filler, but i'm surprised they gave that away. i'm surprised anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled hasn't started reading the manga by now. just a warning, there are a couple more surprises in store that will be almost literally impossible to not get spoiled unless you live under a rock on mars or something. that's assuming you guys haven't been spoiled about them already. it's probably your best bet to just start reading the manga and get surprised that way since the entire story is summing up relatively soon. just saiyan.

It's not new for OP's to hint at future events. Look at Gundam Seed.... We saw Freedom and Justice, Mwu piloting the Strike against Rau, and knowing Kira and Athrun would kiss and make up, before the Athrun vs Kira fight.

i dont think anyone is saying its a new phenomenon. also, its not a hint. its a spoiler of a surprise in the story. granted it wasn't that difficult to guess, but nevertheless it was a surprise reveal in the manga

They delay naruto game just for anime to reach Madara eps but noooo they give us filler...
(For fist time eng naruto was out before jpn even though it was ready before it)
