Do you guys think that Tsunade is fit to be the next Hokage?

Even though she is one of the legendary Sannin, I have my doubts about her.

In the episodes where she fought oro and Kabuto, her efforts were weak as.

Kabuto was owning the crap out of her and oro slapped her around a bit too.

But i guess in comparison to the other ninjas in the village she would currently be the strongest, excluding Jiraiya of course.

The third seemed to become the Hokage really young from the flash backs and even the Fourth seemed pretty young too.

But in comparison to Sarutobi, Tsunade pales strongly in terms of skills and jutsus. Then again she is the best medical ninja out there and she also fulfills the role of being able to "protect Konoha and the people".

Her phobia of blood is her greatest weakness and that made me kinda doubt her abilities. I mean if you are a ninja nad you're scared of blood, then what good are you hey? Also her lapses in concentration dont do her no good either eg when she was fighting naruto.

Another negative would be her band temper and inability to use ninjutsus and carefully craft plan for a tight situation.

So in conclusion im gonna say, yes she is fit to be hokage but just barely.

Well her phobia of blood wasn't something she was born with, it was something she acquired after losing her loved ones. And that phobia hindered her abilities in battle making her look weak but towards the end did she not kick oros ass? As I recall Jiraya didn't contribute much to that fight after the poison wore off.

Also I don't think you can compare anyone with Sarutobi, he was like the best Hokage of all time. If you're gonna compare, compare her with the 1st, 2nd and 4th. I think the 4th became Hokage in his 30's and Sarutobi prob in his 20's. She just might've been given the position earlier in her life except she wasn't and maybe for the reason that she left.

And finally you haven't given her enough time yet, let her settle down, breath some air, get a grasp of the situation before you judge her abilities. You think it's easy to be given the responsibility to protect an entire village when you practically spent the last half of your life hiding from it?

And dont' forget that she's the great granddaughter of the 1st.

Let's see, a hokage who is scared of blood and lost to 1 young ninja (kabuto)---Then have the balls to tell kakashi that he is a punk bitch to lose to only 2 ninjas (the shark looking guy, and itachi!!!).

I voted that she is a slut bitch who is not fit to be a hokage.

i'd like now to see a fight Kabuto/Tsunade .... just to see in how many seconds she ll beat him.

I don't know if this is correct, but didn't Tsunade say to Oro that she saved time storing up her chakra, so she could do genisis rebirth.
Wasn't it because of that Tsunade lost?
I mean...she could've jsut summoned that slug and make Kabuto in to a Hamburger or something.

Everyone knows tsunade is stronger then kabuto, it was because of her fear of blood that she lost, and didn't she overcome that fear? yes she did

Kabuto would lose to tsunade if they were to have to a fight this time

Kabuto isn't an Idiot, he won't fight Tsunade again, cuz he knws that he only weakness is gone.

And don't u find it weird when she told Kakashi she was beat by 2 thugs, that she would get her ass owned by Itachi? I guess she doesn't know that it was Itachi or something..

It really wasn't Tsunde fighting in that battle till after naruto started protecting her. She was holding back not giving it all she had till then still realing from her past and the decision she was being forced into making.

Seeing how Naruto was fighting despite the odds aganist him cured her of her doubts and let her truely fight. And after that she crushed oro's skull and nearly killed a MAJOR BOSS summon on her own.

She is very worthy

Also, the anime sorta screwed up the battle a little bit. Tsunade ends the fight with a single bone-crushing punch straight to Orochimaru's face. She didn't flail at him for like 20 minutes before winning. She's probably the physically strongest in Konoha right now.

No. She's strong enough and will care about her people, but I think it's too much of a transition from the lifestyle she's used to of gambling and drinking. Managing an entire village is too much for her.

If we're talking about the anime then I dont think she is fit for hokage. No episodes have depicted any of her strength to even match the strength of the 3rd or the undead 1st and 2nd.

However, in the manga, i have heard that 1 punch to orchimaru finished the fight. With that in mind, she seems strong enough to be a hokage.

However i voted for No cuz I only watch the anime.

She is good enough to be Hokage... sure she may not be as good as the Third but then again who is?

The only reason she lost to Kabuto was as people said she had a fear of blood... and by the time she overcame that fear Kabuto was low on chakra and couldn't do much and Naruto was pretty much dead... Sure Oro got a few stabs in actually quite a few stabs in but did that stop her... HELL no she got up and beat the crap out of him.

She's strong, she's dedicated (Take the research she had to do to improve Lee's chance for example), she's smart and she is hot (Not that it helps her in anyway <_<).

Plus she is one of if not the best Medics around so not only can she protect the village she can help the people heal and recover.

Oh and Jiriya wouldn't stand a chance against Tsunade.

I think that she has not been around long enough to prove herself. Give her time. She may turn out to be one rockin Hokage, and then again she may later say that she does not have what it takes and step down. Only time will tell.

Tsunade in the manga beats Orochimarus face with one punch. when she's really ready to fight sh's one tough chick to beat. read the manga too before u have ur doubts.

Not only is she one of the legendry sannin but she has the mental strength to be Hokage. I would think it would be hard to give up your freedom, just to protect everyone in your town. I think her getting over her fear of blood when naruto was hurt, and doing everything possible to save lee shows she is ready.

Well, she got alot of experience. The thing that separate some of the strong genins, like Naruto, Neji and Sasuke, from the Choounins and Jounins. Add that to the fact that Orichimaru did not take her lightly, the most powerfull villain in the entire series.
