Well, she was already flat, but given she's a knight, her body is well toned as well. She really looked like a bishounen.

meh, not like it will go smoothly Humans owe her big one, repel the famine by introducing potato, create compass for Merchant Union, win Aurora island from demon, and give Hero a meaning other than swing his sword

The Villagers, The Merchant (a side from his romantic interest), Young Winter King, and Hero will not stay put for that. And with Lake Shore order strongest combatant as her friend (and love rivals), they got no chance to win

But church powers in medieval era tends to be pretty strong, right? Sometimes it even surpasses the kingdom in some settings too

So maybe even if there are many oppositions about this from the merchant union and young winter king, it'll still be potentially dangerous.

Well, what really worries me is that it's not the real crimson scholar who will deal with all of this, but that maid

And now we got some pretty interesting developments with the church, was always a matter of time before the DQ was brought into the fold but seems they still don't know she is actually the DQ but someone that needs "taken care of"

depends on the time period and the strength of the king. The myth of the all powerful church is just that a myth. Majority of the time it is the King who call the shots.
Example
1. the King of England Split English Church form Rome
2. Protestants back by Secular authority split off form Rome
3. The Spanish Inquisition answer more to the King of Spain then to Pope in Rome.

it is in the small Townes and villages where the Church holds the most power.

Great chapter once again, loved bonding moment between the Hero and Merchant. Their interaction wasn't any like I expected and it help put the Merchant in a better light with me, especially when he didn't reject DQ after Hero told him her real identity.

However it seems the plot has completely forgotten about the Magician girl, the primary reason Hero went to the Demon Realm to begin with. =/

It's going to much worse when/if they do find out she is the DQ. The Winter King maybe tolerant of the fact like with the Holy Knight, but it doubt the High Church officials with change their minds.

Afterwards, the DQ went back to the demon world to keep up her appearance to her kind. We also find out that the hero and the merchant were close friends for 4 years and I'm wondering what "this and that" is? and just how much influence did our archer-jiisan spread to our hero and merchant? and it looks like the church finally stepped in and suspected the crimson scholar to be a heretic... damn. shit is about to get real.
