no public raws for dragon age magazine..i got them coz im in the group that series in them hence i get access to pvt raws for that mag

Wow, you guys read into that "You are mine" statement quite a bit, didn't you? The entire contest was about making her accept Rintaro as a replacement for Meru. And it worked. Remember how Rino got in the way when Meru was about to fight Kyouya? She didn't want to take the chance at her target for surpassing her sister to be stolen. It's the same thing here.

Her goal to surpass her sister is to rule Nagokuren. As far as we know nobody has done that as there is always a power balance.

Meru left to chase her own dreams and yes Rintarou is basically her intended replacement.

Also notice the twin stalker of Rintarou twitching at Rino's attention of Rintarou. She views Rino as competition for Rintarou. That's a woman's intuition.

Being the ruler of Nangokuren doesn't just mean you are the strongest but it also means you'll have to be acknowledged by the student body.

This I think is the purpose of Nangokuren's 7 traditions.

Rino acknowledges Rintarou is strong but she is also saying she'll surpass him. It could also mean he is the only male in the school worthy in her eyes hence "You are mine" in English. She is staking her claim.

In front of all the girls.

Which was why Ayane and the Twin reacted on that.

Hmm well all that is true but I think this will begin his harem route and his contemplation in whether or not he'll be a dragon which we all know he's strong enough to surpass the other dragons but I think it'll come down to who the student body follows

Rintarou already have his follower if you consider the twins and Ayane... the crow goth is still questionable... but...

Why does everyone think Rintarou will become a dragon? I doubt he would aim for something like that due to the attention he would get having to lead a bunch of girl followers(harem). He trying to avoid that. Once everyone acknowledges hes equal to/stronger than the dragons, he'll most likely get his own title and status similar to the tiger. I wish chapters came out faster, this is an interesting series
