Looking for anime where the MC is underpowered or underdog

Basically the mc is not super strong or overpowered. When he fight its all about tactic, strategy, technic and hardwork, not some "if i shout harder my attack will become stronger" or "let me spend 5 minutes remembering the bond friendship i have so i become stronger" kind of bullshit.

The latter part probably unavoidable but at least the i want the underpowered or "average" part.
