In fact, if you have been missing sleep for a long period of time and sleep less for that period of time, there are two things that will happen : one being that your body adjusts accordingly by sleeping less or you simply sleep longer for the subsequent period to make up.

I am trying to add muscle, but just to look more lean and "lose" the fat around my belly, dem ol love handles . I don't want to be "buff", it just looks weird, especially if I ever got a buff lolz. Short azn dude with mad muscles looks weirdddd. I guess I wanna work out to the point where people can already tell that I workout. Some of my friends have noticed, but usually it's because I have bigger arms than usual due to years of tennis, but in terms of strength, I'm not that strong. Quote:

Bro alright let me give the lowdown here.
I don't want to see any mention of carbs anywhere ever, in general it should be no carbs at all. But John, what does the 'in general' mean? Bro alright when you get down to about ~10% Body Fat Percentage we'll talk choosing 'okay' carbs, and calorie counting while we're at it. Before that though, we keep it simple up in here, ya feel me? But John, we need carbs for energy! It says so on the Food Pyramid thing! Alright bro here's the shizzle, the Food Pyramid is almost entirely bogus. No, you do not need carbs. Carbs give you energy, yes, so what happens if you don't take them? You die? No, you burn fat. Ketosis is the state in which your body is burning fat, a state that is unnecessary with enough carbs. Mmm, that's some nice 'energy' there, ain't that some shizzle? So John, does that mean if I don't take carbs I won't get fat? Yes, but bro don't think it stops with carbs, sugar is your enemy. Sugar is the white popo that bust the hood. Most of it is obvious, like soda, some not so much. Like Fructose, the enemy of mankind, and more importantly, the hood. Fructose is Fruit Sugar, fruits have sugar yes. So John, does th- Yes, it means no damn fruits, ya feel? But John, what about vitamins? Never heard of multivitamins? They're a whole lot more efficient than vegetables and fruits, the latter which you should avoid like soda. So John, I can't eat fruits and carbs, what do I eat? Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, etc. Anything, as long as there's no sugar. Which means it's technically okay to eat vegetables, too, if that's your fetish. In short, what do we got up in this crack house? NO SUGAR WHICH MEANS NO CARBS NO FRUITS Now go get ripped.

Butter is A-okay bro, I don't know if there's any commercial butter that adds sugar and the like, but I probably don't have to mention reading the Nutrition Facts, Ingredients, etc.
If ya'll ain't got no sugar in da hood, fat ain't gonna mess with ya'll. Eat some real Full Fat Cheese every day for a week, just that, the right supplements will cover your vitamins. It doesn't matter how much of it you eat, after a week a guarantee you will have lost some weight.

For cells it is poisonous because osmose pressure caused by the inbalance of ions inside the cell and none in pure H˛O will cause it to suck in water until it bursts.
On a human on a whole that effect is pretty weak, it's not going to be pure water for long after you drink it. But a lot of it can still be dangerous. Everything gets too diluted I guess. You see, the body is pretty good at organizing substances, but water can pass through most membranes. |

Over the years, I've just grown to tolerate some vegetables, but not others. I accept that they will always taste not as good (and many even bad) to me and just eat them first and quickly and then take my time with the rest of my food, washing away the taste of vegetables.

Chop them up. Stir fried with a bit of cooking oil and a dash of sesame seed. A bit of seasoning like red pepper doesn't hurt either.
Most people don't like veggies because they get overcooked and mushy. You just toss them around the wok just a couple of minutes until they look brighter and are warm.

Especially broccoli. I've always loved them. They look like miniature trees! As a child, I liked to pretend I was a giant chomping on a forest of greens. |
