There's something about his obssession with the "used goods" thing that's not sitting right with me. I find that somewhat twisted view of his to be disgusting tbh. Story has potential, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to endure having to read about his "used goods" issue long enough to see some good developments.

Indeed. I've read the translation and from what I've seen so far there's pretty much nothing positive to say about the MC's personality.

The TL is quite painful to read from, but its better than nothing.

The MC is ok, he is quite observant and is trying to be lowkey. Added with a few lifehacks and tricks to survive from being extorted and exploited by delinquents. Its definitely a plus. His deduction skills is ok for me, not as good as hachiman. But its likeable.

Ayame is completely so pure as creampuffs holyshit i cant stop squeeling, everyone cant keep up with the info processing from her sudden change. Hahahaha.its fucking hilarious. And with her suddenly turning and being wierd. Her repupation as the delinquent is plummetting. But she doesnt care. Amazing. Her girl powers are surprisingly high with being good at cooking and decent at fashion.

So, theres mention of another girl and some set-up for their homeroom teacher. Poor mc, sold off by his friend in order to preserve his own skin.

Pretty much this. Seeing the translation of the novel's title, I can't help but find it offensive for some people.

Yea I find it funny how different reality and otaku are, I felt sorry for that one VA who got shit because she had dated a couple of band members it's so pathetic how that shit went down. Most girls in Japan aren't even virgins by the time they hit high school because they view sex as more recreational and better sex education which is why otaku's view virginity as such a virtue because, well, there's a reason they're otaku's.

edit; I just reread that last bit and it sounded a bit dickish, my point was that anime and idol producers tend to cater to a certain demographic so it's no surprise some runoff would spill over to the LN scene. There's a TON of LN's out there the ones we're getting translated are only a small percentage of them so having a girl having experience isn't that uncommon when it comes to total LN's out there. The biggest sellers are aimed at the anime crowd runoff since they tend to be the ones who also idol worship, and but all the "weird" merch.

So this series got a thread just recently huh.
It's quite okay to read. v6 coming out next week.

About the heroine's 'nickname', "Chuuko".
There are two meanings behind this nickname of hers. One is used product like you guys been saying. But she was originally given that nickname due to her full name before her parents got a divorce.
She was originally Tanaka Kotoko (田中古都子).
So if you use the last kanji of her surname (田中) and the first kanji of her first name (古都子) will give Chuuko (中古). Yeah, its stupid. Hence the reason why she had that name since before the so-called 'drug rape'. And the one who gave her such a nickname was our beloved Keita.
