I've seen Loki, His and her Circumstance, Samurai Champloo, Love hina, D.N.ANGEL, FLCL, Inu Yasha, Demon Diary, Ghoust in a Shell, Wolf Rain, Rah Xephone, Mezzo, Last Exile, and much much more. COULD SOMEONE IN THIS WROLD TELL ME ANYTHING ELSE TO CATCH UP ON BESIDES NARUTO. Thank you.

There are so many good shows in this world for you to watch, that it might have been nice for you to rate the ones you are naming. Are those your favorites? Anyway, here are a few current shows that you might like:

Code Geass: In an alternate world giant robots are used to fight wars. The Britannia Empire has conquered Japan and two men are trying to set things right. One only cares about his end goal while the other only cares about the methods used. Despite their comonality of purpose, this division has made them enemies.

Death Note: This is a battle of wits... to the death. It is an intense and very intellectually stimulating show about morality and manipulation.

Kanon: KyoAni's latest masterpiece is this remake of the classic Kanon. It is a beautiful tale of questing for identity and love.

Red Garden: 4 ordinary girls each with their own problems and relationships find themselves enmeshed in a mysterious struggle of life and death. They must learn about this world if they want to survive.

um.... despite what Naruto fans might think... its a very small corner of the pond. First response is just to browse the opening pages of current fansubs and look for what you like.
If you like drama, relationships, comedy, romance, etc....

Bokura ga Ita - romance, pain, life
REC - short great romantic comedy series, very funny.
Kanon (2006) (in progress) - surreal mystery with a bit of comedy and some tragic overtones.
Magikano - absurd parody of harem romance comedies
MagiPokaan - absurd send up of loli nonsense
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (first and second season) - nine year old girls with ability to blow holes through continents. Amazingly, has serious character development, excellent combat.... some call it disguised mecha.
Death Note - surreal mystery and supernatural
Higurashi - weird combo of harem comedy and horror, supernatural, blood.
