Anger... can you control it?

I can control my anger if I remember unrelated stuff like something good or something heartwarming lol.

Hmm. Yeah, I control myself now-a-days. I used to fly off the handle and put holes in walls constantly. I think what stopped me from doing that is once I got my own place and didn't want to forfeit my deposit for repairs hehe.

I should control my anger no matter what's worst that could happen when I watching my favourite anime shows & eager to find out what happens NEXT (especially like Mai Hime & Otome which gets me on my nerves because of that emotions & feelings not just comedic part).

Depends on the situation/palace. Most of the time I can't control myself when i'm at home, but there are no problems when I'm out somewhere else. There is nothing wrong with my family, it's just the palace where I can do it.

i can control my anger pretty well but the worst part is that my whole family has really bad tempers. the worst thing about my anger is if i ever loose it i go from 1 to Chris Brown instantly. for example in our last game of football a wranger hit me really cheaply so i proceeded to hit him back and start choking him.

I haven't felt angry in a really really long time, last time probably being sometime when my parents refused to buy me a new Barbie/ or whatever pile of junk I wanted. I do get annoyed easily though, but I distance myself or just get over it quickly, as I don't wanna waste my time on useless things. So yeah, I think feeling angry is just a waste of energy.

Usually I try to control my anger, but sometimes it makes me feel better to "vent". I never take it on someone else, though.

Only time I'm angry is my Dad ever coming near me, I'm never used to stupidity but for everyone else, I expect them to do stupid things. Otherwise, I'll be happy if they do the opposite instead, if someone insults me and etc. I'll laugh it off because it's just simply funny people expect you to do the things they want you to do and I refuse to be stupid.

i lived my whole live in rage never controlled it, i starting kicking butts if i didn't liked what you said or what you said to my friends, till recently that is. now the only thing that pisses me of is if someone insults my girlfriend do that and i kill you and for the rest i don't give a damm.

While its somewhat easy to annoy me, its very difficult to actually get me angry. I've never lost total control.

I don't get angry much, but when I do, I never resort to violence.

Only way to really anger me, is to either play with my emotions, or bug me enough to get pissed off.

But I normally just tell the person to stop, or at worse, call them a Ahole.

I have never reacted physically when I have gotten angry. If there is a personal attack on myself I act calmly, but if someone attacks someone I love, a friend, or family, and I know they are wrong I will get angry, but only verbaly. I try hard to keep calm as much as possible.

It's rare for me to ever get angry enough to physically push somebody around. Actually, recently I've realized I have a habit of suppressing most of my "bad" emotions, anger being one of them... I don't really think that's a healthy thing to do.

nah its only bad if you supress other emotions like love and stuff anger and that sort of stuff isn't, ok it may lead to you goïng beserk and you letting all those emotions out at once in the future but then after you went beserk the bucket is empty again and you feel really good. plus there are people who do it and never go beserk, so your doïng fine.
