Media Player Classic issue

Not sure how I accomplished this, but now Media Player Classic is playing my videos in fullscreen mode outside of the actual player window, and only in one of my two monitors. I'm able to move the player to another monitor but the video, when playing, stays on the one screen regardless of my actions. Furthermore, the "Launch files in fullscreen" feature in the Options menu is unchecked so that's not what's causing this.

I guess you are using cccp as well? Just uninstall and reinstall and make sure you then reinstall MPC as well (which is included in the setup and should do so automatically as well).
I had this problem too several times, not sure what caused it but I found it impossible to fix unless I reinstalled it

I don't have MPC-HC installed right now but I would guess the aspect ratio or "pan & scan" got messed up. Try right clicking on the video and looking for either of those options; they might be under video, not sure.

Uninstalling and reinstalling CCCP and the MPC did not help; the issue resumed the moment it was all reinstalled. Couldn't find anything in the aspect ratio or pan&scan options that affected the issue to any degree.

EDIT: Got it working now. Had to reinstall around 3 times before it stuck.
